At Noble & Co., we invite you to celebrate New Year's Eve with us! Reserve now for EITHER of our prix-fixe seatings; from 5:30 to 7 p.m., $55 for four courses; from 8:30 to 10 p.m., $125 for six courses, to include special entertainment and a midnight celebration.

MENU FIRST SEATING

Amuse Bouche: Southern Sun Chokes

1st Course: Local Burrata- Burrata, tomato chutney, micro basil, aged balsamic vinegar, spiced extra virgin olive oil & charred crostini. -or- Farmers Market Tartivo Endive Salad- Red endive leaves, baby kale, shaved baby carrot, shaved black radish, candied almond, onion & pink peppercorn white balsamic dressing. -or- Truffle & Mushroom Gnocchi- Porcini gnocchi, beech mushroom, truffle cream sauce & herb oil.

2nd Course:  Vegetarian Moroccan Butternut Squash Risotto-Ras el hanout spices, butternut squash, orange juice & pecorino cheese. -or-
Dover Sole- Seared fillet, French beans, yellow wax beans, cipollini onion, sesame seeds & kaffir lime brown butter. -or-
Organic Chicken Breast- Boneless chicken breast, turmeric crêpe corn cake, baby turnips, frozen grape, spicy almendras & Calvados sauce. -or- The Noble Prime Steak- Spice crusted grilled 14oz prime NY strip, roasted black garlic, fresh oregano, herb butter, beef jus & Noble fries. (+ $10)

3rd Course: Hibiscus Creme Brulee- Quenelle of Frozen lime White Chocolate mousse & dehydrated meringue. -or-
Slow Baked Acacia Apple Tatin- Caramelized popcorn, vanilla ice-cream & caramel sauce.

1st Course: Hamachi Mango Yuzo- Charred sashimi, sweet soy, mango jelly, seaweed salad, purple radish, pickled ginger -or- Black Truffle Baby Gem Salad- White mushrooms, purple chips, pecorino cheese, truffle dressing.

2nd Course: Celery Chestut Veloute- Candied chestnut, brussel sprout leaves, fried leeks -or- Risotto Scampi- Achiote risotto, lobster meat, shitake mushroom, roasted scampi, chili oil.

3rd Course: Lemongrass Organic King Salmon- Lemongrass marinade, miso glaze, julienne vegetables, mushroom broth -or- Saffron Scallop Moet - Sabayon Sauce, baby fennel, tomato confit, Peruvian mash, frisee micro green saffron oil.

4th Course: Organic Chicken Roullade -  caramelized cured Meyer lemon, roasted sweet potato, fennel, lemon chicken jus -or- Szechuan Duck Breast- Chipotle crust, long beans, red onion, parsnip, spicy szechuan sauce.

5th Course: Black Trumpet Lamb Loin- White cauliflower puree, multi color cauliflower, maderia wine lamb jus -or- Grass Fed Filet- Porchini mash, baby carrots, fried cipolini onion, smoked peppercorn bourbon sauce.

6th Course: Nutella Molten Lava Cake- Rum banana ice cream, coconut tuile.

Midnight Celebration: Pass Cafe Gourmand, Champagne toast.
