Spring salad with Orange honey bourbon vinaigrette and Crispy Fried Chicken breast

2nd Course

Chilled Pear and honey soup with a bourbon strawberry swirl

3rd Course

Bourbon Braised Veal Shank glazed with a brown sugar cider glaze served over creamy polenta

4th course

Slow roasted apple butter Pork Loin with a bacon and smoked Gouda mac & cheese

5th Course

Deep Fried Bourbon soaked Pineapple with Earl Grey tea-infused Ice Cream drizzled with a bourbon hazelnut buttercream sauce
