Dan Henneberger, Corporate Executive Chef
Dan Henneberger was born in Middletown, CT in 1980. After growing up in East Haddam, he joined the US Army and served as an Infantry Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, achieving the rank of Sergeant and serving as a Squad Leader. After Honorable Discharge, he attended ECSU majoring in history. He is married with 3 Children. Dan has worked in all aspects of the restaurant industry, including service management and kitchen management. He started with McLadden’s as a Kitchen Manager and has since taken the position of Corporate Executive Chef, where he has developed new menus for all locations and continues to develop Culinary team members and implement new systems to control costs and waste, ensuring a consistent and fresh product.
